Maintenance Agreement

Q: Why do I need a maintenance agreement?
A: By maintaining your HVAC equipment, you are also saving energy and reducing your utility costs. One year of air conditioning system operation uses as much energy as three years of automobile operation.

You can extend the life expectancy of your system with regular cleaning and filter changing. This maintenance will also increase the efficiency of both your heating and cooling equipment.

Schuler Heating And Cooling’s maintenance agreement program provides for the detection and correction of minor issues before they become major problems. Taking good care of your equipment could mean additional years of reliable service and operation.

Our office will send you a reminder when it’s time to schedule a service appointment. All you do is pick a day that’s convenient for you.

If your equipment malfunctions, you automatically get 10% off of any parts or labor needed for repairs. Our maintenance agreement customers get priority response. We will respond to your needs when they arise. We guarantee service within 24 hours of your request.

Schuler Heating And Cooling has been family owned and operated in Kansas City, Kansas, for 36 years. We are a member of the Chamber of Commerce and in excellent standing with the Better Business Bureau. Steve Schuler is the second generation to own and operate Schuler Heating And Cooling. Here is a list of the procedures we administer during a maintenance check:
